We undertake conference management on either a risk and reward basis or in return for a fixed fee. We can also implement a profit-sharing scheme.  

Conferences can be self-financing, with the entire cost met from delegate fees. Alternatively you may wish to keep delegate fees low by subsidising the event or seeking sponsorship. Whatever your preference, we will advise on and design the right budget for you.

We are experienced at working with non-profit making organisations and are conscious of the need to ensure that costs are kept to a minimum.
