The Basque Government appointed Freshwater to organise and promote its first international wine trade event in the UK - an exclusive tasting event at the Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. Social networking and online advertising were essential tools in driving traffic to the microsite and engaging wine buyers, media and leading professionals from the wholesale, grocery and hospitality sectors.

- The website, live for only six weeks prior to the event, received 3,260 visits
- Twitter was ranked fourth as a referral site, after Google and two sites hosting our banner adverts
