Freshwater was tasked with managing the social media presence of Your Healthy Living Show on the build-up to the event. The main key messages to communicate were the free ticket offer and the range of activities.
We did this principally through Facebook and Twitter, but also through interaction with a number of Edinburgh focused bloggers and online listings sites. We had overall responsibility for monitoring all social media mentions of the show, participating, updating and interacting with exhibitors and potential visitors, in order to raise awareness of the show, its experts and special offers. We ran promotions to win tickets and goodie bags throughout the build-up to the show, and shared relevant news stories on the social media feeds.During the four month campaign we increased the number of fans on Facebook by 55%, a high proportion of which were of target market age, and Twitter followers increased by 554.
