More than 60 directors from leading Welsh organisations will be swapping suits for sleeping bags when they sleep rough at Cardiff Castle as part of CEO Sleepout UK, in a bid to raise money for charities supporting homeless people across Cardiff.
Freshwater is delighted to back the cause and has donated £100 in support of Dan Langford, director at Acorn Group, and Robert Lloyd Griffiths, director for Wales at the Institute of Directors (IoD), who are two of the directors taking part.
Carolyn Pugsley, director of Freshwater Wales, said: “The CEO Sleepout is all about changing the perception of homelessness, making a difference and raising awareness of the issues faced by those living on the streets in Cardiff.
“We think it’s a great initiative and were very keen to show support to our friends in the business world who are undertaking the challenge to raise awareness and funds for this very worthy cause.”
