During his speaking slot, John will be bringing a personal perspective at the public consultation and stakeholder engagement for major infrastructure projects masterclass on Tuesday 30th June.
With a background in transport, John has been involved in public consultations ranging from new rail franchises to major improvements in airport infrastructure.
His session will cover some of the lessons learned in over twenty years of running or managing public consultations and the emergence of new communication channels such as social media.
John’s presentation will share his thoughts on some of the best methods of engagement that he’s used.
