Rufflets Country House Hotel, St Andrews, Fife

Freshwater was tasked with creating a strategy to launch the new lunch-time menu at Rufflets Country House Hotel.

The creation of a ‘wrinkle-free’ menu containing anti-oxidant dishes targeted the ‘ladies who lunch’ market in and around St Andrews, promoted through a media relations campaign to ensure widespread coverage and a buzz locally.

Results included coverage across national media print-based platforms such as The Sunday Times Travel Magazine, The Times Body & Soul, The Herald, The Daily Mail, The Scotsman and BBC radio Five Live.
